Job summary

Aaman Business Consultancy is seeking a dedicated recruiter to manage retail hiring for stores across India. The role includes salary negotiation, offer letter processing, and coordinating interviews in multiple locations as required.

You will report on open positions, TAT, and also handle campus hiring for freshers, contributing to a robust talent pipeline for the jewellery, luxury and fashion retail sectors.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in retailing hiring.
• Experience hiring in multiple states preferred.
• Industry experience in jewellery, luxury & fashion retail preferred.

Required Candidate profile
