Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding and deployment of retail store promoters / sales promoters across PAN India locations. Identify and implement innovative and cost-effective hiring channels including field hiring, campus drives, job portals, vendor partnerships, social media recruitment, employee referrals and local sourcing models. Build strong talent pipelines for frontline retail staffing requirements to support business expansion and operational continuity. Coordinate with regional and business teams for manpower planning, store staffing requirements, and workforce deployment. Drive employee retention initiatives for promoters and frontline workforce through engagement programs, reward & recognition activities, training interventions and employee connect initiatives. Manage background verification processes, documentation validation, onboarding compliance and joining formalities for all new hires.
