Job summary

Titan Company in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for luxury retail segments including jewellery and fashion. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, while building strong pipelines and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

The role requires 3–8 years in Talent Acquisition with 2+ years in retail hiring; experience in luxury retail will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail hiring preferred.
• Experience hiring for luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, eyewear, watches or consumer-facing retail is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, consultants and direct sourcing.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR evaluations; coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
• Assess candidates on communication, customer orientation, sales acumen, leadership and cultural fit.
• Partner with Retail Operations, Regional/Area Managers and Store Leadership to drive hiring.
• Maintain recruitment processes, ATS data integrity and onboarding documentation; provide hiring dashboards.

Role & responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition receipt to candidate onboarding.
• Hire for retail positions such as:
• Retail Store Officer
• Store Manager
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hires.

Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Build talent pipelines for key retail markets and future hiring needs.

Candidate Assessment

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR evaluations.
• Assess candidates on communication skills, customer orientation, sales acumen, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with business stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner closely with Retail Operations, Regional Managers, Area Managers, and Store Leadership teams.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring dashboards.

Recruitment Operations

• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and TA policies.
• Manage applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Maintain recruitment documentation and compliance requirements.
• Ensure smooth pre-boarding and onboarding experience.

Recruitment Analytics

• Track and report key recruitment metrics:
• Time-to-Fill
• Time-to-Hire
• Offer-to-Join Ratio

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail hiring preferred.
• Experience hiring for luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, eyewear, watches, lifestyle, or consumer-facing retail businesses will be an added advantage.
