Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Recruiter Talent Acquisition in Pune (Yerwada) for fast-paced, high-volume hiring in International BPO and customer service. The role focuses on vendor-driven recruitment, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, and meeting aggressive daily to monthly targets.

The position requires close vendor and stakeholder management, with emphasis on reducing offer dropouts and ensuring timely joining.

Qualifications

• 0.55 years of recruitment experience in International BPO / Contact Centre / Volume Hiring.
• Strong experience in vendor-driven recruitment is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of International Voice/Customer Service hiring.
• Comfortable working with high hiring targets, tight deadlines, and changing requirements.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume hiring for International BPO operations, including voice and customer service processes.
• Drive hiring primarily through recruitment vendors/consultants and ensure a consistent candidate pipeline.
• Manage multiple vendors, communicate daily requirements, and closely track vendor productivity and closures.
• Work against aggressive daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Screen candidates for communication skills, relevant BPO experience, stability, shift flexibility, compensation fit, and joining availability.
• Coordinate interviews, selection, documentation, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
• Maintain strong follow-up with candidates and vendors to minimize offer dropouts and improve joining conversion.
• Share regular hiring MIS covering pipeline, selections, offers, expected joiners, actual joiners, dropouts, and vendor performance.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, HR, and other internal stakeholders to understand changing manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Escalate pipeline challenges and vendor-related concerns proactively and drive corrective actions.
