Job summary

Laksh Human Resource in India is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and business requirements. You will understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions with stakeholders, and source candidates through portals, referrals, social media, and networks.

You will screen CVs, conduct initial HR interviews, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and manage salary negotiations, offers, joining formalities, and pipeline development for recurring

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• Experience in fashion, retail, e-commerce, D2C, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and basic HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and business requirements.
• Understand job requirements and prepare/coordinate Job Descriptions (JDs) with stakeholders.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, consultants, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely closure of positions.
• Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
• Track recruitment metrics such as open positions, time-to-hire, offer-to-joining ratio, and source effectiveness.
