Job summary

CIEL HR is seeking an HR Recruiter to support recruitment activities in Chunabhatti, Sion. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment trackers.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. Experience in EPC/Infrastructure recruitment is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing through Naukri.
• Good screening, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience in EPC, Infrastructure, Power, Construction, or Engineering recruitment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source relevant candidates through Naukri based on job requirements.
• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, salary, and other requirements.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with the concerned team.
• Maintain and manage the candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and follow up for interview feedback.
• Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Follow up with shortlisted/selected candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support salary discussions, offer coordination, and joining follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal HR/hiring teams to ensure timely closure of positions.
• Prepare recruitment-related reports and MIS as required.
• Handle other Talent Acquisition activities as assigned.
