Job summary

CIEL HR in Mumbai is seeking an HR Recruiter - Off Roll with 1–2 years of experience to support recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordination.

You will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and assist in salary discussions and offers, while maintaining trackers and databases. This role is based in Sion, Chunabhatti with a Mon-Fri workweek.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for non-permanent/off-roll roles is a plus.

• Shortlist suitable candidates and share profiles with the concerned team.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Follow up with shortlisted/selected candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support salary discussions, offer coordination, and joining follow-ups.
