Job summary

2coms is seeking a dynamic Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple domains in Bengaluru. You will source, screen, and close both technical and non-technical roles while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

You will handle end-to-end lifecycle, coordinate with hiring managers, and drive timely hires using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hiring for Non-IT roles (BPO, Sales, Operations, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
