Job summary

Aguttaa is hiring a HR Recruiter Intern for a remote internship (0–1 yrs). The role involves sourcing, screening and coordinating candidates across IT and non-IT roles.

There is a 3-month unpaid training period, followed by a performance-based stipend of ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month for 3 months, with eligibility for a permanent role from ₹3 LPA. You will source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial calls, and coordinate interview schedules while maintaining recruitment trackers and databases.

Qualifications

• Must have understanding of the recruitment process.
• Experience with sourcing candidates across job portals, social media, and referrals is preferred.
