Job summary

E2E Procurement Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting for a recruitment role in Bengaluru. The position entails handling blue-collar and white-collar hiring across industries, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, portals, and databases, and coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes.

Freshers with strong communication are welcome; immediate joiners preferred as per the note. This on-site role focuses on high-volume and individual hiring, resume screening, and interview coordination.

Qualifications

• Freshers with good communication and interest in HR may apply.
• Experience in blue-collar or white-collar hiring preferred but not required.
• Ability to source candidates via LinkedIn, portals, databases, and other channels.

Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
• Handle blue-collar and white-collar recruitment across different industries.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle bulk/high-volume hiring as well as individual positions.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and assess basic suitability.
• Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary, location, shifts, and other requirements to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate offer, documentation, and joining-related activities.
• Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
• Handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously and achieve recruitment targets.

Preferred Experience
