Job summary

Tata Toyo Radiator Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and support roles.

The role involves sourcing candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals, screening and shortlisting against job requirements, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth process. Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years in recruitment, strong sourcing and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Excel,

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience using Naukri and other job portals.
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work from the TTR Chakan Plant.
