• Hands-on experience using Naukri and other job portals.
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work from the TTR Chakan Plant.

Contract Details

This role is initially offered on a 6-month contractual/Retainer basis. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance may be considered for future opportunities with the organisation based on business requirements. However, please note that we are unable to provide any commitment regarding conversion to an on‑roll position at this stage.
