Job summary

Aedutree is seeking a recruiter in Tirupati/Chennai to source and screen candidates through portals, social media, and other channels. You will conduct initial calls and interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and manage end-to-end recruitment activities.

Freshers are welcome, and Tamil or Kannada speakers are preferred. Candidates must be willing to travel for on-campus and off-campus drives and job fairs, visiting colleges as required, and maintaining strong candidate databases with clear

Role & responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Participate in on-campus, off-campus recruitment drives and job melas/job fairs.
• Visit colleges and other locations for recruitment drives when required.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Achieve recruitment targets and maintain candidate databases.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience preferred.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Male & Female candidates can apply.
• Candidates who can speak Tamil and/or Kannada are preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to travel and participate in campus drives, off-campus drives and job melas.
• Candidates willing to work in Tirupati or Chennai can apply.
