Job summary

Job Junction in India is looking for an HR Recruiter to source, screen, and shortlist candidates through portals, social media, and references. You will conduct telephonic HR screening and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews.

You will maintain recruitment trackers, aim to meet daily and monthly hiring targets, and manage offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination. Freshers to 2 years of HR recruitment experience preferred; immediate joiners are welcome.

Qualifications

• Freshers to 2 years of HR Recruitment experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
