Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinic in Delhi invites an proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across roles for its expanding network of 45+ clinics and 30+ years of excellence.

You will screen resumes, coordinate with department heads, conduct preliminary interviews, and maintain recruitment trackers to ensure a positive candidate experience while aligning with labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
• Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for technical/managerial interview rounds.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
• Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies.
