Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinic seeks a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across clinics. You will source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads to finalize selections.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work under pressure, and familiarity with recruitment portals and MS Office. This position is based at our Delhi location and involves stakeholder engagement across the network.

Qualifications

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for technical/managerial interview rounds.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
• Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies.
