Job summary

Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinic in Delhi is seeking an proactive HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates across multiple roles while aligning hiring with department needs.

You will partner with heads of departments to write job descriptions, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hires across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles.
• Strong communication and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience sourcing via job portals, social media, referrals.
• Ability to coordinate with department heads and hiring managers.
• Ability to meet hiring timelines and deadlines.
• Understanding of HR policies and labor laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for technical/managerial rounds.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
• Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support employer branding and recruitment drives.
• Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of recruitment tools and job portals.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor laws is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
