Job Role :

• Handling end-to-end recruitment's across all levels using techniques like Networking & Referencing, Job sites.
• Source candidates as per client's requirement.
• Receive and review applications, manage interviews and create a shortlist of candidates for the client;
• Screening of candidate profiles using job portals like - Naukri/ Shine.
• Conducting the preliminary round of interviews,
• Understanding the initial due-diligence in terms of their career aspirations, relocation constraints, current and expected CTC etc.
