Job summary

2070 Health is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles within our hospital network. The ideal candidate will source, screen, interview, and onboard quality talent efficiently.

You will work with department heads to define job specifications, maintain recruitment trackers, negotiate offers, and build a talent pool for urgent positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting time-to-fill metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/BA or related field.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital hiring.
• Experience sourcing for clinical and non-clinical hospital roles.
• Proficient with ATS/recruitment tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Source candidates for clinical roles (doctors, nurses, paramedics) and non-clinical staff via portals, referrals, and consultants.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and define job specifications.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers/MIS.
• Negotiate offers and onboarding for new hires.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for urgent hospital positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital hiring
• Familiarity with hiring for clinical and non-clinical hospital roles
• Strong sourcing skills (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and work under deadlines
• Proficiency in ATS/recruitment tools and MS Office
