• Ensure compliance with healthcare credentialing, licensing, and documentation norms
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate databases
• Build strong talent pipelines for future healthcare requirements
• Support recruitment drives, walk-ins, and employer branding initiatives
