Apollo Hospitals is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition – Human Resources professional to manage end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment in the healthcare sector.

The ideal candidate will have hospital recruitment exposure, know statutory compliance, and handle attendance management while traveling to nearby locations to support recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years HR experience in Hospital/Healthcare/Medical industry is mandatory.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
• Good understanding of statutory compliances and labour laws.
• Experience in attendance and leave management.
• Strong sourcing skills via job portals, referrals, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection.
• Source candidates through portals, referrals, references, and other channels.
• Screen and validate candidate profiles meeting job and org requirements.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower and closures.
• Travel to nearby locations for recruitment drives and interviews as needed.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and recruitment procedures.
• Understand statutory labour laws affecting HR operations.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and day-to-day HR operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth HR service delivery.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS tools is preferred.
