Job summary

Sahrudaya Health Care is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end staffing for hospital roles. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other portals, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with department heads to secure timely feedback.

Immediate joiners are preferred. The role requires strong communication, coordination and a proven track record in healthcare hiring, with the ability to meet monthly hiring targets and ensure a positive candidate

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital or healthcare recruitment is required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to source candidates via multiple portals and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospital positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
• Recruit for Staff Nurses, Doctors, RMOs, Technicians, Pharmacists, Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and other hospital roles.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and ensure timely feedback.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Generate offer letters and maintain recruitment MIS.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
