Meenaar Global Consultants LLP invites an energetic HR Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for project-based manpower. You will source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, referrals, coordinate interviews with client teams, and manage offers and onboarding to ensure smooth mobilisation.

Ideal candidates excel in sourcing, screening, and negotiation, with strong Excel and LinkedIn Recruiter skills, and the ability to handle multiple live vacancies with tight TATs across diverse projects in

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for multiple project requirements.

• Screen, shortlist & coordinate interviews with project/client teams.
• Negotiate CTC & joining dates within approved budgets.
• Handle offer processing, documentation & smooth candidate mobilisation.
• Maintain trackers, CV banks & recruitment reports.
• Build strong candidate pipelines for recurring project hiring needs.
