Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to assess candidate suitability, and experience in hiring across multiple roles within timelines.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers for technical/managerial interview rounds
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drivesMaintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
