Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals and referrals.
• Recruit engineers for Oil & Gas, EPC, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, Civil, Structural, and Design roles.
• Screen resumes and evaluate against job descriptions.
• Conduct initial HR discussions and assess salary expectations and availability.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates until offer and joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Recruit engineering professionals for Oil & Gas, EPC, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, Civil, Structural, and Design Engineering roles.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates against job descriptions.
• Conduct initial HR discussions and assess technical experience, salary expectations, notice periods, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily status reports.
• Follow up with selected candidates until offer acceptance and joining.
