Job summary

Kanerika Inc in Hyderabad is seeking a motivated Performance and Learning Specialist to shape the employee experience—covering performance, learning, and engagement in a fast-moving HR environment.

You will own PMS, drive KPI governance and analytics, and contribute to policy enhancements while collaborating with HR teams to design frameworks and dashboards. 3–5 years in HR with LMS familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• BBA or degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in HRM (preferred).
• 3-5 years HR experience, preferably in performance management, L&D, or employee engagement.
• Familiarity with HRMS/LMS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Performance and Learning Specialist to join our growing People & Culture team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping employee experience — from performance and learning to engagement — in a dynamic, fast-moving organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management System (PMS) Ownership

• Drive end-to-end execution of the organizational performance management cycle
• Design, implement, and continuously improve PMS frameworks
• Manage goal-setting, KPI cascading, quarterly reviews, mid-year and annual appraisals
• Ensure performance alignment with business objectives
• Track completion and adherence across departments
• Drive calibration processes to ensure rating consistency
• Identify performance gaps and recommend interventions

KPI Governance & Performance Analytics

• Work with functional leaders to define measurable KPIs
• Analyze performance trends and generate insights
• Publish monthly and quarterly performance dashboards
• Identify low-performance trends and support corrective action planning
• Ensure objective performance measurement across functions

Policy & Process Enhancement

• Develop and strengthen policies related to: performance management learning governance development reviews competency progression

Educational Background

• BBA or degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (required)

Experience
