We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our HR team as Executive Performance Management. The role will encompass a broad spectrum of Talent Management functions, including performance management, skills assessment, rewards & recognition, and employee engagement initiatives such as corporate newsletters and town halls. The ideal candidate will act as a key HR partner to drive performance culture, employee motivation, and effective communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the performance appraisal cycle, ensuring timely completion of goal setting, monthly reviews, and annual appraisals.
Work with managers to align KPIs/KRAs with organizational objectives. Trackandanalyzeperformancedata;preparedashboardsandreportsforleadership.
Supporting identifying skill gaps through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
Collaborate with L&D to recommend training programs based on assessment outcomes.
Implement and manage R&R programs to motivate employees and reinforce performance culture.
Regularlyreviewandsuggestinnovativerecognitionideasforemployeeengagement.
Plan, draft, and execute the corporate newsletter in coordination with different departments.
Assist in organizing town halls, events, and HR communication activities. Collect feedback from employees on engagement activities and propose improvements.
Use Excel for maintaining performance and engagement data, preparing MIS reports and dashboards.
Create impactful presentations in PowerPoint for management reviews and HR updates.
Bachelors/masters degree in human resources, or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in HR/Talent Management with exposure to performance management and employee engagement.
Strong command over Excel (dashboards, analytics) and PowerPoint (presentations, reporting).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously. Familiarity with HRMS platforms and employee engagement tools is an advantage.
