Job summary

Wellversed is hiring a HR Operations Specialist to work full-time out of our office premises in Gurgaon. We require the People Operations professional to have a strong understanding of payroll operations, employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, documentation, and employee support functions.

Responsibilities include payroll inputs, onboarding, HRMS management, performance cycles, exits, HR policies, and handling employee queries within defined timelines, while safeguarding confidential

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations or related roles.
• Strong understanding of payroll inputs and employee lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance (EPF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus) and employment regulations.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, IMPORTRANGE, Pivot Tables).
• Experience with HRMS and payroll software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting timelines.

• Experience using HRMS and payroll software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential employee information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to timelines and compliance requirements.
