Job summary

Wellversed is hiring for a HR Generalist to work full-time out of our office premises in Gurgaon. We require the People Operations professional to have a strong understanding of payroll operations, employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, documentation, and employee support functions.

Responsibilities include managing payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions and arrears; handling onboarding, HRMS management, background verification, and maintaining SOPs and policy

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Generalist, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of payroll inputs, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.
• Working knowledge of statutory compliance including EPF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and employment regulations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of payroll inputs, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.
• Working knowledge of statutory compliance including EPF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and employment regulations.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, IMPORTRANGE, Pivot Tables, and data reconciliation.
• Experience using HRMS and payroll software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential employee information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to timelines and compliance requirements.
