Job summary

Tek Ninjas is seeking an experienced HR Operations leader to drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires hands-on internal HR Operations experience in a US Staffing environment and strong leadership across HR functions.

You will manage onboarding, documentation, records, promotions, performance processes, and exits while developing policies and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to support HR initiatives and organizational growth.
• Lead employee engagement, retention and experience initiatives.
• Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports and workforce analytics for leadership.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations while ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management, compliance, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a US Staffing organization and specifically have hands-on experience managing internal HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end internal HR Operations for employees.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, employee records, confirmation, transfers, promotions, performance management, and exits.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs aligned with business objectives.
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns, grievances, and conflicts effectively.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to support HR initiatives and organizational growth.
• Lead employee engagement, retention, and employee experience initiatives.
• Manage performance management processes and ensure timely completion of performance reviews.
• Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics for leadership review.Ensure adherence to company policies and HR best practices.
• Drive continuous process improvements to improve HR operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR records.
• Support audits, documentation, statutory compliance, and HR governance activities.
• Collaborate with leadership teams on workforce planning, employee-related decisions, and organizational requirements.
