Job summary

Baldor Technologies is seeking an HR Data & Operations specialist to manage the complete employee data lifecycle, ensure data accuracy, and build insightful dashboards for leadership in Mumbai. You will collaborate with HRMS teams, vendors, and the branding function to improve the employee experience.

The role emphasizes data cleanliness, governance, and timely responses to employee inquiries, with a focus on actionable reporting and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the full employee data lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
• Ability to build and audit datasets across lifecycle stages.
• Generate weekly/monthly HR dashboards for leadership metrics.

Responsibilities

• Review background verification (BGV) trackers and close checks on time with candidates, vendors, and hiring managers.
• Respond to employee queries on HRMS, insurance, or onboarding; log interactions for reporting and improvement insights; audit records for data quality.
• Brainstorm with People & Branding to make the employee experience more data-driven and efficient.
• Track completion metrics (query resolution time, onboarding success rate, data accuracy) and highlight insights for process improvement.

Role & responsibilities

• Review background verification (BGV) trackers follow up with candidates, vendors, and hiring managers to ensure all checks are closed on time.


• Respond to employee queries on HRMS, insurance, or onboarding log each interaction for reporting and improvementinsights. Audit employee records clean data anomalies, update missing details, and maintain compliance-ready files.


• And in between you'll brainstorm with the People & Branding teams on how to make IDfy's employee experience more data-driven, efficient, and joyful.


• End your day by tracking completion metrics - query resolution time, onboarding success rate, data accuracy percentage, and highlighting insights for process improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• You have 2-3 years of experience entire employee data lifecycle - from onboarding to off boarding, ensuring that every HR process is backed by clean, reliable, and actionable data.


• Own and maintain the accuracy of all employee data in HRMS and related systems.


• Build, clean, and audit datasets across lifecycle stages (onboarding, exits, compensation, attendance, etc.). Generate weekly/monthly HR dashboards for leadership headcount, attrition, hiring funnel, and engagement metrics.


• Manage pre-boarding documentation, verification, and system setup for new hires.


• Be the go-to person for employee concerns - empathetic, prompt, and solution-oriented.


• Address employee insurance queries and coordinate with brokers/vendors for claims.


• Maintain a knowledge base of FAQs for consistent and quick resolutions.
