Job summary

Purview Services is seeking an HR Executive to manage end-to-end onboarding, background verification (BGV), and employee documentation processes. The role ensures a smooth employee joining experience while maintaining compliance and data accuracy.

The candidate will coordinate with candidates and internal departments, maintain HR records, and support audits to ensure compliance across processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (HR or related field preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in HR operations/onboarding/BGV.
• Good understanding of HR processes and compliance.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus.

Role & responsibilities

Role Overviews

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage end-to-end onboarding, background verification (BGV), and employee documentation processes. The role ensures a smooth employee joining experience while maintaining compliance and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
• Coordinate with candidates for joining formalities and schedules
• Prepare and share offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding kits
• Conduct induction/orientation sessions
• Liaise with IT, Admin, and other departments for new joiner readiness
• Ensure smooth Day 1 experience for employees

2. Background Verification (BGV)

• Initiate and track BGV checks through vendors or internal systems
• Verify candidate details such as employment history, education, and identity
• Follow up with candidates and vendors for pending verifications
• Highlight discrepancies and escalated issues as required
• Maintain BGV reports and ensure closure within defined timelines

3. Documentation & Compliance

• Collect and verify employee documents (ID proof, education, experience, etc.)
• Maintain employee records (digital and physical files)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
• Update HR systems with accurate employee data
• Support audits by maintaining proper documentation
