Job summary

Keka Inc. in Mysuru is seeking an HR Operations Executive focused on onboarding and employee lifecycle. You will own day-to-day onboarding, maintain accurate records in Keka/HRMS, coordinate with IT, Admin, Payroll and hiring teams, and ensure a smooth Day-1 experience.

You will handle lifecycle activities from onboarding to exits, respond to HR queries, support policy adherence and audits, and drive process improvements and automation with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact confidently with employees and managers.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/Keka is preferred.
• Positive, proactive and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the HR team.
