Sugam Homes is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR processes for head office and sites in West Bengal. The role covers onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle, and site contractor management.

The candidate should have 7+ years in HR Operations within Real Estate/Construction, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate across multiple sites with solid HRMS and labour-law expertise.

• 7+ years HR Operations experience in Real Estate/Construction.
