Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with timelines.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and HR analytics for business insights.
• Handle employee data management, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of HR records.
• Manage onboarding processes, including documentation, verification, and employee induction.
• Maintain and update HRIS systems with accurate employee information.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Support employee lifecycle activities: onboarding to exit formalities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless HR operations.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely execution and closure.
