Job summary

Countrywide Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an HR professional with 2-3 years of corporate HR experience to support talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, analytics, and knowledge of labor laws; you will coordinate with IT/Admin and teams, create employee IDs, ensure contract compliance and document flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, or HR operations.
• Experience with HRIS and contributing to HR projects or initiatives is desirable.
• Experience in an HR generalist capacity or a specialist role within a medium to large-sized organization is preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, specifically within a corporate environment. Demonstrated experience supporting HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, or HR operations. Prior experience working with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and a track record of contributing to HR projects or initiatives are highly desirable. Experience in an HR generalist capacity or a specialist role within a medium to large-sized organization is preferred.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentations)
• Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools
• Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
