Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and recruitment analytics.
• Analyze recruitment and HR data to generate insights for management.
• Track metrics like Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Ratio, and Joining Ratio.
• Develop periodic HR reports and presentations for leadership review.
• Ensure accuracy and timely maintenance of HR data.
• Coordinate with TA and HR teams for data collection and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Support HR projects related to process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and updates.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience in preparing HR dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights. Exposure to automation tools and technology-enabled HR processes will be an added advantage.
