Ponram Biriyani Chennai is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment and retention across outlets in Tamil Nadu. You will build pipelines for kitchen, service and corporate roles, supervise HR operations, and drive performance through appraisals and KPIs.

This role oversees payroll compliance, policies, training, ER, and monthly MIS. You will standardise practices, manage payroll coordination, and plan for new outlet launches, while ensuring labour law compliance and staff

Responsabilidades

• Plan manpower for existing and new outlets
• Lead end-to-end hiring for kitchen, service and corporate roles
• Build a steady pipeline of chefs, supervisors and frontline staff
• Track time-to-hire, joining ratio and hiring cost
• Reduce attrition in kitchen and service teams
• Run exit interviews, engagement and reward programmes
• Oversee staff welfare: accommodation, meals and uniforms
• Build HR policies, SOPs and the employee handbook
• Standardise HR practices across all outlets
• Implement HRMS for attendance, leave and records
• Ensure PF, ESI, PT, POSH and labour law compliance
• Coordinate monthly payroll with accounts
• Design salary structures and incentive policies
• Control manpower cost as % of sales
• Drive induction and training programmes
• Set up appraisals, KPIs and probation reviews
• Support internal promotions and succession planning
• Handle grievances and disciplinary cases
• Manage separations and full & final settlements
• Lead the HR and admin team
• Share monthly HR MIS with management
• Audit HR processes through regular outlet visits
• Plan hiring for new outlet launches
