• Coordinate first-round and final-round interviews.
• Close requirements within target timelines (TAT).
• Manage statutory payments like PF/ESI/PT/TDS and timely payments.
• Respond to statutory notices.
• Assist with trade license renewal and payroll processes (NEFT).
• Handle multitasking across recruitment and compliance tasks.

Role & responsibilities

• Must have experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
• Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skill set as per the job specifications.
• Basic Understanding of various requirements.
• Sourcing the right candidate for the right Job at the right Time.
• Salary Negotiation with the Candidates.
• Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine the experience and skill level.
• Conducting the first round face to face Interview and arranging for the final round of Interview
• Closing the requirement with TAT.
• Strong Experience in Statutory Compliance payments like PF, ESI, PT, TDS Calculations making payments online before due dates.
• Notices Reply to Statutory Compliance
• Knowledge in Trade License Renewal
• Also experience in Payroll process through NEFT transfers
• Should be able to handle Multitasking works
• Selected Candidate needs to submit any one Original Certificate as per the company Norms.
