Responsibilities

• Strategically manage HR across IT units and mentor managers.
• Review HR policies and ensure readiness for quarterly audits.

Role & responsibilities

• The candidate should have strategic HR experience within IT and it related company.
• Candidate should have strong interviewing skills.
• Review HR policies and processes time to time and keep readiness for Quarterly Audits.
• Mentor Managers and team on HR process, have close coordination with mid management to provide welcoming HR atmosphere in Organization.
• Payroll Processing including Salary revision, bonus, arrears, leave encashments for all SBUs though Recruitment software.
• Engaging with the leadership team and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Keep Strong coordination with internal team for updates and daily routine work throughout the other Business Units.
• Prepare/update Salary structures and designing performance bonus structure as per compliance.
• Supervision of statutory functions like ESIC, PF, PT, TDS, MLWF and other to make sure that deductions, returns are done on the statutory due dates.
• Monitor SLAs for any escalations and sensible resolution of employee glitches.
• Settling dues and payment for Left employees and conduct Full and Final Settlement procedure.
• Monitor Employee Medical/ Group insurance policies and benefit with awareness programs
• Follow the investment declaration and proof submission cycle as per the deadline and issue form 16 at the end of financial year with the help of finance team.
• Conduct and make sure for smooth on boarding and exit process without any hurdles to candidates and employee.
• Support business leaders in managing capacity through analyzing the manpower planning & budgeting exercise for the assigned domain with focus on productivity and optimum utilization of manpower.
• Design and Implement Resource Planning with Budgetary structure, Conduct recruitment.
• Monitor HR record keeping with the support of team members.
• Handle complete employee cycle includes confirmation, Appraisal, gratuity, Work benefits, resignations, retention, smooth exits etc
• Design KPI/KRA, Roles and Responsibilities. Also create awareness for the importance of these aspects in daily functioning.
