Job summary

Nagarmal Sheonarain Private Limited is seeking an HR Executive/Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations in a busy environment. The role includes sourcing through multiple channels, shortlisting, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and maintaining payroll data inputs and attendance records.

The candidate will also manage onboarding, maintain employee databases, and ensure compliance with EPF/ESIC and NAPS/NATS where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HR Executive & Recruiter role or similar field.
• MBA - HR/IR.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition processes and interview techniques.
• Having knowledge of basic labour law compliances.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability for open positions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
• Manage onboarding process by ensuring timely joining formalities for new employees.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance management system.
• Support to Payroll Team for Payroll Data inputs.
• Employee Database Management.
• Co-ordination for NAPS & NATS with TPA.
• EPF/ESIC employee registration and data correction.
