Job summary

Srons Engineers is seeking an HR professional to manage full HR operations for a manufacturing workforce of 100-130 employees. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee records, ensuring smooth attendance, leave, and shift management within a factory setting.

The role requires experience with payroll, HRIS systems, and strong people-management skills, with the ability to work closely with shop-floor management and department heads.

Qualifications

• PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.
• 4-5 years HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment.
• Experience handling 100+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of factory HR, payroll and labour compliance.
• Good communication and people-management skills.
• Practical, disciplined and capable of handling shop-floor employees.
• Comfortable working closely with factory management and department heads.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and HR MIS.
• Experience with HRMS/payroll software will be an advantage.
