Arham Techplast Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive HR Executive/Generalist to manage end-to-end HR functions in a manufacturing setup. You will handle recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and statutory compliance to ensure smooth workforce operations.

The role requires 3–8 years of HR experience with knowledge of labour laws and payroll processes, including handling blue- and white-collar staff. A factory environment exposure and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
  • 3–8 years HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
  • Knowledge of labour laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage manpower planning and recruitment for shop-floor, staff, and managerial positions.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and drive employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and factory regulations, PF/ESIC, bonus, gratuity, and audits.
  • Assist in goal setting and performance appraisal processes.
  • Identify training needs and organize skill development, safety and compliance training programs.
  • Draft HR letters and maintain HR MIS reports and employee databases.
  • Coordinate contract labour management and monitor absenteeism and workforce productivity metrics.

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end human resource functions in a manufacturing environment. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, performance management, training, and administrative support to ensure smooth workforce operations and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage manpower planning and recruitment for shop-floor, staff, and managerial positions.
  • Coordinate interviews, selection, offer release, and joining formalities.
  • Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and personnel files.
Attendance & Payroll
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and shift schedules.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Verify attendance records, overtime, and statutory deductions.
  • Address employee payroll-related queries.
Employee Relations
  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.
  • Promote positive employee relations and workplace discipline.
  • Conduct employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when required.
Statutory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and factory regulations.
  • Manage PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with government authorities during inspections and audits.
  • Maintain statutory registers and records.
Performance Management
  • Assist in goal setting and performance appraisal processes.
  • Track employee performance and development plans.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Training & Development
  • Identify training needs across departments.
  • Organize skill development, safety, and compliance training programs.
  • Maintain training records and effectiveness reports.
HR Administration
  • Draft HR letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and exit documents.
  • Maintain HR MIS reports and employee databases.
  • Support implementation of HR initiatives and organizational development activities.
  • Coordinate employee exit formalities and full-and-final settlements.
Factory HR Responsibilities
  • Manage contract labour and manpower deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with factory rules, safety norms, and employee welfare requirements.
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams for workforce planning.
  • Monitor absenteeism, attrition, and workforce productivity metrics.
Required Qualifications
