• Ability to independently manage factory HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete HR operations for the factory, including employee records and documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave, shift and manpower management.
• Conduct interviews, recruitment and manpower planning as per factory requirements.
• Manage joining formalities, employee documentation and induction.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters and other HR documents.
• Handle exit formalities, including resignation, clearance, full & final coordination and exit documentation.
• Coordinate and support HR audits, statutory audits and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS reports.
• Coordinate with factory management for manpower requirements and employee-related issues.
• Ensure implementation of company HR policies, rules and procedures.
• Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
• Support payroll inputs, attendance data and other HR-related requirements.
• Ensure proper HR documentation and compliance at the factory.
