Job summary

Tatvamasi Labs is seeking an HR Manager to lead the people function, based on-site in Surat. You will own recruitment for consultants and developers delivering ERP projects, and you’ll manage onboarding, performance reviews, payroll coordination, and HR policy across our Surat, Pune and Bangalore offices.

With 5 to 8 years of experience, you will drive compliance and employee relations while shaping the culture and growth of a dynamic IT services/ERP consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years in HR and end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Hands-on recruitment for IT or consulting roles.
• Working knowledge of Indian labour law and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Job description

As the HR Manager at Tatvamasi Labs, an official Odoo Silver Partner, you own the people function end to end. You hire the consultants and developers who deliver our ERP projects, and you build the systems that keep them engaged, supported and growing.

You run recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, HR policy, statutory compliance and culture across our Surat, Pune and Bangalore offices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for an HR professional with 5 to 8 years of experience, ideally in IT services or consulting.

Responsibilities
