Job summary

TVARIT, Vadodara, India, seeks an experienced HR Generalist to manage engagement, operations, and recruitment. This role drives a positive workplace culture, ensures compliance, and builds strong relationships between employees and management.

You will draft job descriptions, source talent, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and oversee onboarding while guiding employee relations, core HRMS, and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in HR, with focus on hiring, HR operations, and employee engagement.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or related field is required.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex HR issues, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective strategies
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Draft job descriptions, source and build talent pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and assessments, manage offer negotiations, and pre- and post-onboarding activities.
• Create employer brand content and social media campaigns, and partner with hiring managers to meet talent needs while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Advise on all employee relations, including labor legislation-related matters from hiring to exit, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, and advising managers on employment matters.
• Lead end-to-end core HRMS system management and seamlessly manage all HR tasks efficiently.
• Support business functions by enhancing employee value proposition and delivering positive people experience through various employee engagement initiatives.
• Facilitate a good work culture, drive employee engagement and welfare, and handle performance management cases and staff grievances
• Plan and design strategies for internal engagement and retention.
