Job summary

Tatvamasilabs is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant in Surat/Ahmedabad. You will be the main bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, leading ERP implementations from requirement gathering to deployment.

The role demands at least 3 years of experience with Odoo ERP, strong documentation skills, and a proactive approach. You will own client relationships and be instrumental in shaping effective ERP solutions.

Location: On Site - Surat/ Ahmedabad - GJ, India

As a Senior Functional Consultant at Tatvamasi Labs, you are the primary bridge between business stakeholders and our technical delivery team. You own ERP implementations end to end, from requirement gathering and gap analysis through to deployment, training and post-go‑live support.

You lead client engagements, mentor junior consultants, and ensure every solution maps the client's business processes to effective, well-documented ERP functionality. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Surat/ Ahmedabad for a consultant with minimum 3 years of Odoo ERP -Functional experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document and validate client requirements
• Conduct gap analysis and design ERP solutions
• Plan scope, timelines and effort estimates
• Oversee configuration, testing and deployment
• Lead training, go‑live and post‑go‑live support

Must Have

• Min 3years of functional consulting experience
• Strong knowledge of core Odoo ERP modules
• Requirement documentation (BRD, FRD) and gap analysis
• UAT facilitation and solution design
• Bachelor's in IT, CS or Business Administration

Nice to have

• Odoo ERP functional / technical certification
• JIRA and version control (Git)
• Basic scripting / markup (Python, XML)
