Job description

As a Senior Odoo Developer at Tatvamasi Labs, an official Odoo Silver Partner, you design, build and customize Odoo modules and integrations that turn client requirements into working ERP solutions. You own technical delivery end to end, from technical design through development, testing and deployment.

You work closely with our functional consultants, mentor junior developers, and ensure every solution is robust, performant and maintainable. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a developer with 3 to 6 years of Odoo development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Odoo modules and reports
• Customize and extend standard Odoo apps
• Build integrations via ORM, XML-RPC and REST APIs
• Write unit tests and perform code reviews
• Manage Odoo.sh / AWS deployments and migrations

Must Have

• 3 to 6 years hands-on Odoo development
• Strong Python and Odoo framework (ORM, QWeb)
• Real implementations, not isolated modules – Develop scalable Odoo solutions for end-to-end ERP implementations, integrating business processes, third-party systems, and custom workflows for production environments.
