Job summary

KPN Promoters is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee MIS, payroll, recruitment, and compensation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical mindset and thorough knowledge of labour laws; you will drive data-driven HR decisions, manage end-to-end recruitment, and ensure statutory compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; MBA/PGDM is preferred.
  • 8-15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Real Estate/Construction or similar industry.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain HR MIS covering headcount, attendance, attrition, recruitment, payroll and employee performance.
  • Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to management for decision-making.
  • Prepare and present monthly HR dashboards and management reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all HR reports.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments and manage salary benchmarking and payroll processes.
  • Develop salary structures, incentives, benefits and compensation policies; manage appraisal and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements; coordinate with authorities.

Job description

Role & responsibilities
1. MIS & HR Analytics
  • Develop and maintain HR MIS covering headcount, attendance, attrition, recruitment, payroll and employee performance.
  • Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights to management for decision-making.
  • Prepare and present monthly HR dashboards and management reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all HR reports.
2. Payroll Management
  • Manage and oversee the complete monthly payroll process.
  • Verify attendance, leave, LOP, incentives, deductions, overtime and salary revisions.
  • Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for timely and accurate salary processing.
  • Resolve payroll-related employee queries and maintain payroll records.
3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments, including Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, CRM, Technical, Civil, Finance and Administration.
  • Develop manpower plans based on business requirements.
  • Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, salary negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build effective recruitment channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
4. Compensation & Benefits
  • Develop and manage salary structures, incentives, benefits and employee compensation policies.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend appropriate compensation revisions.
  • Manage appraisal, increment, promotion and incentive processes.
  • Ensure compensation practices are fair, competitive and aligned with company policies.
5. Statutory Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, POSH and other applicable statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and statutory authorities whenever required.
  • Maintain proper compliance records and ensure timely filing and payments.
  • Conduct periodic HR compliance reviews and address gaps proactively.
Preferred candidate profile
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
  • 815 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Real Estate/Construction or a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to independently manage the complete HR function and work closely with senior management.
