Job Purpose
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing core HR and administrative operations across manufacturing and office functions. The role will oversee recruitment, employee records, attendance, HR policies, statutory compliance, employee relations, payroll coordination, and administration while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination between management and employees.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and office roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- HR manager need to maintain KRA/KPI of each department
- Implement and manage HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes.
- Support manpower planning and employee development initiatives.
Employee Relations
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Act as an effective mediator between management and employees.
- Maintain a positive and productive workplace environment.
- Ensure appropriate handling of confidential employee information.
Payroll & HR Operations
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate employee inputs.
- Manage leave and attendance processes.
- Coordinate performance review activities.
- Maintain relevant HR records and documentation.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, factory rules, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain and coordinate compliance related to PF, ESIC, and other applicable requirements.
- Ensure HR and factory-related documentation remains updated and organized.
Administration & Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative staff.
- Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities, and service contracts.
- Ensure efficient administrative systems and processes.
- Coordinate internal communication and company events.
- Assist senior management with scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing company is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR compliance, PF/ESIC, and factory rules.
- Strong employee relations and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Candidate should be currently based in Pune or willing to relocate immediately.
